Help for ripeness estimates, pantry photos, voice notes, sharing, and local data on iPhone.

Please include your iPhone model, iOS version, Noreli version (shown at the bottom of Settings), and whether the issue
involves Camera, Photo Library, Microphone, Share, or Erase local data. We typically reply within 2 business days.
How does the ripeness estimate work?
Noreli calculates a peak window on your device using fruit type, storage place, purchase date, and optional
photo context against local fruit rules. Results are guidance for planning meals—not a food-safety certificate.
If a photo cannot be read, use Manual Entry instead.
Camera or photo library access is blocked
- Open iOS Settings → Noreli and enable Camera and/or Photos for fruit capture and pantry avatar.
- You can still add fruit with Manual Entry without granting camera access.
- Avatar changes use the photo library only (gallery pick), matching Noreli’s pantry-avatar flow.
Voice notes will not record
- Allow Microphone for Noreli in iOS Settings.
- Voice notes are stored on your iPhone with the fruit dossier; they are not uploaded to Noreli servers.
- If recording fails after permission is on, force-quit Noreli and try again, then email us with the fruit name and iOS version.
Share / Harvest card issues
- Share opens the system share sheet with a Noreli harvest card image and caption.
- If sharing fails, confirm you are on a supported iPhone build and try again from Fruit Dossier → Share.
- Notes or Messages may scale the card; that is controlled by Apple’s share destinations, not a second Noreli editor.
In-app reminders and banners
Peak-window tips and spoilage banners are shown inside Noreli when enabled under Settings. They are pantry
helpers on this device—not push notifications from a remote marketing server.
